Terms of Use

These terms cover the use of this website. They don't replace the waiver you sign before playing, and they don't set out our admission rules. Those are separate.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by JH Wonderland Inc., operating as Merry Kids Playground, 820 Blythwood Road, London, ON N6H 5T8.

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Information on this site

We keep the information here as accurate and current as we can, but things change. Prices, hours, age rules and what's available can change without notice, and there may be errors or omissions.

If something on this site conflicts with what you're told at the front desk or what appears during booking, the booking system and our front desk take precedence.

3. Booking and payment

Bookings, tickets and party reservations are made through LilYPad, a separate booking system. When you book, you're also agreeing to LilYPad's terms, and payments are processed by Sola.

Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation from the booking system, not when you submit the form.

Refunds, cancellations and changes follow our policy on Plan Your Visit and Tickets & Pricing. If the booking system is unavailable, you can still contact us directly.

4. The waiver

Every child or adult who enters needs a signed waiver. The waiver is a separate agreement between you and Merry Kids Playground. Nothing on this page changes it.

5. Visiting the playground

Our admission rules, including age limits, supervision, grip socks, food and re-entry, are set out on Plan Your Visit and posted at the playground. They can change, and we can refuse or end a visit if the rules aren't followed.

6. Using this site properly

Please don't use this site to break the law, interfere with how it works, try to get into parts of it that aren't public, or collect information from it automatically. Don't send us anything through the contact form that's abusive, false or that isn't yours to share.

7. Our content

The text, photos, graphics and logos on this site belong to Merry Kids Playground or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links to our pages. Please don't copy or reuse our content for your own business without asking first.

8. Links to other sites

We link to LilYPad, JH Supermarket and our social media accounts. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for their content or their policies.

9. This site is provided as is

We provide this website as is. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or free of anything harmful.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss that results from using this website or relying on information on it.

This section is about the website. It doesn't limit any responsibility we have for what happens at the playground, which is covered by the waiver and by law.

10. Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which is linked in the footer of every page.

11. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted here, with the date at the top.
